October 1: Use of new tribunal forms becomes mandatory
The use of the new employment tribunal claim and response forms, which were introduced on 1 October 2004, becomes mandatory from 1 October 2005.
The tribunal forms were introduced on 1 October 2004 and their use was expected to be mandatory from 6 April 2005. However, this was delayed until 1 October 2005, due to problems in finalising improvements to electronic versions of the forms.
