Personnel Today Awards: winner of HR Team of the Year profiled
The HR team at Virgin Money - which acquired ailing bank Northern Rock in 2012 - overcame a number of challenges to scoop two prizes at the Personnel Today Awards 2013: HR Team of the Year and the Award for Managing Change.
