Police officer appeals "perceived disability discrimination" decision
The Court of Appeal is hearing an appeal against the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) decision that a police force did not discriminate, on the ground of an alleged perceived disability, against a police officer who displayed violent tendencies at a Christmas party that led his colleagues to fear for their safety.
