Pregnancy and work: updated BERR guidance

The Government has published updated guidance summarising the rights of pregnant employees and their employers and their responsibilities towards one another.

The documents make reference to the changed rights during maternity leave for women with an expected week of childbirth beginning on or after 5 October 2008.
