Salary data for the voluntary sector

XpertHR's annual Voluntary Sector Salary Survey is now live. With data from 198 charities on 88,021 employees, the survey enables employers to benchmark and manage pay for staff in a wide spectrum of job roles. The survey reports on pay movements over time, labour turnover and sickness absence rates by seniority and job function.
