The Brightmine survey on retention and labour turnover is now open to complete.

Retaining key talent and understanding why employees choose to leave is critical for organisational performance. The new Brightmine survey explores how organisations measure labour turnover, the main drivers behind employees choosing to leave and the strategies used to encourage the remainder to stay.

We are keen to hear from all organisations, regardless of whether you currently have formal retention or labour turnover measures in place.
