Tribunal update: Apple employee fairly dismissed for adverse Facebook posts
HR & Compliance Centre provides summaries of two recent employment tribunal rulings, as well as the full transcripts of these interesting decisions. This week's cases involve:
- Apple's dismissal of an employee for adverse Facebook comments that was not unfair or a breach of his human rights; and
- the non-investigation of a manager's alleged swearing that made an employee's dismissal for refusing to follow instructions unfair.
