Welcome inclusion of location change in ETO reason TUPE definition

Although generally against government tinkering with legislation, consultant editor Darren Newman explains why he welcomes the proposed inclusion of a change in location within the scope of an "economic, technical or organisational [ETO] reason entailing changes in the workforce" in the TUPE Regulations. However, he cautions against assuming that redrafting the legislation will necessarily have the desired result.
