  • Agency worker can have implied contract with end user   In Cable & Wireless Plc v Muscat [2006] EWCA Civ 220 CA, the Court of Appeal affirmed the principles set out in Dacas v Brook Street Bureau (UK) Ltd [2004] IRLR 358 CA that, in a tripartite agency/worker/end user relationship, the agency worker may have an implied contract of employment with the end user.
