  • Constructively dismissal on failure to receive full pay when sick   In Bellingham v Secession Ltd [2006] All ER (D) 62 (Jan) EAT, the Employment Appeal Tribunal held that an employee was constructively dismissed when she resigned after failing to receive full pay when off sick, which she believed was implied into her terms of employment.
