• Constructive dismissal compensation   In Brash-Hall v Getty Images Limited [2006] EWCA Civ 53 CA , the Court of Appeal held that compensation for sex discrimination was to be assessed so as to put the complainant into the position in which she would have been if the employer had not acted unlawfully by constructively dismissing her.
