  • Employee's misconduct not protected by whistleblowing legislation  In Bolton School v Evans EAT/0648/05, the Employment Appeal Tribunal held that an employee's misconduct cannot amount to a public interest disclosure even if the conduct is linked to the disclosure or the employee intends it to demonstrate that his or her concerns were reasonable.
