Health authority failed to protect radiographer from X-ray fumes

In Ogden v Airedale Health Authority, the High Court finds a health authority negligent after it failed to protect a radiographer from harmful fumes emitted by X-ray chemicals. The authority is liable to compensate the radiographer, who had to abandon his career as a result of sensitisation to the chemicals.
