Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2021
Analysis of Government data on gender pay gap reporting conducted by Cendex for XpertHR, drawing on data published in October 2021 for the 12 months to 5 April 2020. Under the gender pay gap reporting duty, employers with 250 or more employees on 5 April each year are required to report on their gender pay and bonus gaps within 12 months. For 2021, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) deferred enforcement of gender pay gap reporting from April to October, in response to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
