The 2022 XpertHR survey of benefits and allowances. This part of the survey provides data on employers' use of long-service awards, location allowances and other benefits and allowances (including: staff discount schemes; childcare vouchers; childcare allowances; on-site nurseries or crèches; first-aid payments; standby and call-out payments; tool allowances; and employee loans for purposes other than travel). Based on responses from 170 organisations with a combined workforce of 290,687 employees.
