In our series of guides on managing change successfully, we describe a process that HR teams can follow to effect a change. However, it is not a "one-size-fits-all" model and, depending on factors such as the size of the organisation and the particular project, it may be appropriate for HR departments to follow the steps in a different order or to adopt a slightly different approach.
