How to apply for sponsor licence
The UK operates a tiered, points-based system for non-EEA nationals wishing to work here. This includes tier 2, which allows skilled individuals with a job offer to fill gaps in the UK labour force, where the employer has a sponsor licence. While it is not yet clear what immigration rules will apply following the UK's departure from the EU, EEA migration may well also be brought under the tier 2 sponsorship regime.
