The challenge
In addition to having an HR and employment law resource that supported her own needs as Industrial relations manager, Linda Gregory was keen for her entire HR department to be able to access reliable and up-to-date guidance they could utilise in their roles, and also support the conversations they were having with staff.
There are approximately 100 members of the HR team, including generalists, employee relations specialists and reward specialists, as well as legal consultants and health and safety professionals. Linda had the challenge of wanting to give all of these colleagues access to the resources they wanted and needed, without exceeding the budget.
The solution
Accenture have been a customer of XpertHR since 2008, previously giving six licences to select members of the HR team. "It's a one-stop shop for all the HR resources we need," says Linda, "and I am delighted with the team licence. It's more cost effective and easier to administrate. I wouldn't be without it."
