Happy birthday! 3% reaches its first anniversary

Our pay figures this month have reached a milestone, with the median basic pay award safely riding out the strengths and weaknesses of the economy to remain stable for a whole year.

Provisional figures from the IRS pay databank again reveal that the median basic pay settlement - the midpoint in the range - in the three months to March 2004 is unchanged, at 3%.
