MSN UK - tackling the long-hours culture
Last year, MSN UK won the Working Families' Employer of the Year Innovation Award and Opportunity Now's New Member Award for its project to reduce excessive working hours and encourage a flexible working culture. From none in the beginning, 85% of employees now work flexibly, including 49% of men and all of the leadership team.
