When to use this model apprenticeship clause wording
Use these model contract clauses when providing an apprenticeship agreement to an apprentice. An apprenticeship agreement should include the terms and conditions that the employer includes in employment contracts generally and should therefore supplement clauses set out below with those in the written statement of employment particulars.
