Latest model policies: notice periods and probation

The HR & Compliance Centre policies and documents section has been enhanced by the addition of a model notice periods policy and a probation policy.

  • Notice periods policy Use this model policy to set out the circumstances in which an employee will be required to work his or her notice period and the employer's expectations of the employee during the notice period.
  • Probation policy Use this model policy to set out a probationary procedure for all new employees and (at the employer's discretion) to existing employees transferring into different roles.
