New model letters on redundancy during maternity and adoption leave
The XpertHR policies and documents section has been enhanced by the addition of a series of model letters to an employee on maternity or adoption leave whose job has been identified as redundant.
Maternity leave
- Letter offering a suitable alternative vacancy to an employee who is made redundant while on maternity leave Use this model letter to send to an employee on maternity leave whose job has been identified as redundant as soon as a suitable alternative vacancy is available.
