The Brightmine survey on grievances is now open to complete.
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping how workplace grievances are raised, with employees increasingly using these tools to draft, structure and strengthen their concerns. This survey explores how grievances are changing in today's workplaces, focusing on the role of AI, the nature of concerns being raised, and how organisations are adapting their approach.
As a thank you for taking part, you'll receive:
- the 2026 grievances survey report, sent to you as soon as it's published; and
- the Brightmine article "Dealing with employee grievances in an AI-enabled world", sent to you upon completion of the survey.
The survey is expected to close on 24 July 2026.
