National Living Wage 2020: The number of employers that will have to increase wages for at least some workers due the April 2020 uprating of the national living wage. From April 2020 the compulsory national living wage will increase by 6.2% for workers aged 25 and older; by 6.5% for 21-24-year-olds; by 4.9% for 18-20-year-olds; by 4.6% for 16-17-year-olds; and by 6.4% for apprentices. This XpertHR survey was conducted in February 2020.
Benefits and Allowances 2019: Whether or not employees have been transferring over from childcare vouchers to the tax-free childcare scheme. The Tax-free Childcare scheme enables eligible families to receive a contribution of 20% from the Government towards their childcare costs.
