Summary
- Employees have a right to receive training in vocational skills and an obligation to improve such skills. (See General)
- Statute provides that an employer and employee can sign an agreement whereby the employer agrees to provide or arrange professional technical training for the employee, at the employer's expense, and, in return, the employee agrees to remain in the employer's employment for a certain period.
