- There is no statutory obligation on employers to provide employees with vocational training and employees have no statutory right to training or training leave. (See General)
- A public States Registered Apprenticeship Scheme allows individuals aged 16 or above to combine working and receiving on-the-job training in a recognised trade with studying for a further qualification. (See Apprenticeships)
