Change to early conciliation forms takes effect

Implementation date: 1 December 2021

The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Early Conciliation: Exemptions and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (SI 2021/1037) provide that a prospective claimant may provide the names of more than one prospective respondent on a single early conciliation notification form.
