Civil Partnership Bill introduced
A new Bill* will give same-sex couples the opportunity to obtain legal recognition for their relationship. The Civil Partnership Bill entitles same-sex couples to register their relationship and, together with forthcoming Regulations, will give those that do broadly the same pension rights as a married couple.
