Ethnic minority employees are more likely than white workers to become victims of bullying and harassment, according to a report by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Nearly one-third (29%) of ethnic minority groups report having experienced some form of bullying or harassment, compared with 18% of white British employees.
