Bullying at work should be outlawed

November's Ban Bullying At Work day saw a variety of research released that revealed that, while more than half of HR managers have been bullied at work, most senior managers deny that bullying is a problem in their organisation. The Ban Bullying At Work campaign is spearheaded by the Andrea Adams Trust, which says bullying should be on every employer's agenda*.
