Compensation awards 2001
Compensation totalling £3.88 million was awarded by employment tribunals in cases of unlawful discrimination in 2001 - a 10% increase on last year- according to our latest survey of 329 compensation awards. This includes a record award of £278,801 for disability discrimination.
