Denmark: Gender pay gap persists
A new report on gender-related pay discrimination shows that the gender pay gap persists, but is not necessarily due to a weaker bargaining capacity on the part of women. It finds that the differential is due more to men being more likely to make work a priority than women, who more often focus on family life.
