Employers are tailoring their reward approaches, says CIPD survey

As the shaky economic recovery continues, employers are adapting their reward policies to suit their individual needs, the 10th annual Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) reward management survey concludes.

Drawing on the reward management experiences of 276 employers, the survey (on the CIPD website) says that many organisations are adopting a "best fit" model of strategic reward to suit their organisation, the sector in which they operate and the occupations they employ.
