Equal opportunities policies: an EOR survey of employers

The pressure on employers to deliver equal opportunities over such a wide range of areas in the workplace has never been greater. Not only has the Code of Practice on age just been published, but the scope of established sex and race discrimination law continues to be extended, with the more recent Disability Discrimination Act soon to be reinforced with a Disability Rights Commission.
