Fewer applications to CAC
The Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) has published its annual report for the year to 31 March 20051.
It is the statutory body created under the Employment Relations Act 1999 ("the 1999 Act") to adjudicate on issues arising when trade unions request recognition.
