High-stress organisations reject management standards
Only half of organisations with high or very high levels of employee stress have introduced, or are planning to introduce, the HSE's management standards approach to tackling their employees' stress levels, according to new research1.
The research was conducted this summer with a group of individuals who attended a series of stress workshops last year.
