HR in 2001: the IRS audit

Summary

Following a similar survey a year ago, we asked 116 HR and personnel professionals what they think about a variety of issues in their work. Our analysis looks at what the main issues are, what role HR and personnel departments are playing in organisations, the state of the employment relationship, and, in a completely new section for 2001, what our panel wants to see on the next Government's legislative programme.
