Ireland: Fewest ever strike days in 2006

In March 2007, the Central Statistics Office (CSO) released data on industrial action in 2006. Only 7,352 working days were lost, the lowest level of industrial action ever recorded and significantly below the previous lowest recorded figure of 20,784 registered in 2004.
