Italy: Employment hits all-time high
In 2006, the level of employment in Italy rose by 2% to stand at around 23 million, the highest level ever recorded, and this upward trend continued in the early months of 2007. These are among the findings of the latest annual labour market report from the National Institute for the Development of Vocational Training (Isfol), published in November 2007.
