Job evaluation is thriving, survey finds
A survey by web-based research service, e-reward has revealed that six in 10 (60%) employers operate a formal job evaluation scheme for at least one group of employees. Moreover, of those employers not currently using such a scheme, almost half (45%) plan to introduce one in the future.
