Larger organisations lead the way on equal pay

Just one-fifth (21%) of organisations have conducted an equal pay review (EPR), according to research from the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC)1. Among larger organisations - those employing more than 500 staff - the figure rises to 33%, although this still falls short of the 50% target set by the EOC for the end of 2003.
