Most EU employers think pay should reflect ethical behaviour
More than two-thirds (68%) of European employers would like to see some of their employees' salary or bonus linked to "ethical behaviour", according to research from international risk management consultancy Integrity Interactive Europe1.
The second annual survey, based on 872 interviews and 103 questionnaire responses from legal heads, senior counsel and chief compliance officers at large European companies in January 2008, looks at key trends in corporate ethics and compliance.
