Employers have been quick to take on board new guidance on how to monitor the ethnic origin of their staff, but appear less certain about how to deal with their religious beliefs and sexual orientation, our survey shows.
Employers commonly monitor the gender and ethnicity of their employees, and to a lesser extent collect data on disability, but they have yet to get to grips with the new areas of potentially unlawful discrimination opened up by recent regulations on religion or belief and on sexual orientation. |
