Norway: Bargaining round opens
On 15 March 2007, an "intermediate" pay bargaining round opened, focusing on wage adjustments within the framework of the two-year collective agreements concluded in last year's "main" bargaining round.
Such intermediate pay talks are conducted at central level - rather than in individual sectors - between the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) and the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry (NHO).
