Public confidence in pensions failing

OPAS, the Pensions Advisory Service, has highlighted the public's growing disenchantment with pensions and those responsible for them. Its annual report1 reveals a 50% rise in complaints and disputes brought to OPAS over the past year and a 17% rise in enquiries received by its telephone helpline (OP, June 2003).
