Risk management can reduce stress problems in NHS

Stress and the health service - two of the eight priority areas identified by the HSC as crucial to reaching the targets set out in the Revitalising health and safety strategy - are addressed in new research published by the HSE.

The research into the control of stress within UK health services was commissioned by the HSE and jointly funded by Unison and the Royal College of Nursing.
