Sex at work: everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask
Summary
Our survey of 94 private and public sector organisations looks at the issue of consensual sexual and romantic relationships in the workplace: the policies used to police them, how they are managed in practice, and the effects on the business. In addition, we analyse the extent of the phenomenon, and ask employers what they regard as acceptable - and unacceptable - employee behaviour in this area.
