When to use this model holiday contract clause

Use this model contract clause to set out terms relating to annual leave and pay. For workers who are irregular hours workers or part-year workers, we provide a separate model Holiday contract clause (irregular hours or part-year worker).

This clause can be included in a written statement of employment particulars or contract of employment.
