When to use this model international assignments agreement
Use this model agreement to set out the terms that will apply where an employee moves abroad temporarily to work for another organisation within the same group of companies (sometimes known as an "inter-group transfer") in circumstances in which the employee is still employed by the UK organisation during the assignment.
